The Library of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences is pleased to invite you to the opening ceremony of its exhibition,
Giants of Science: Alexander Csoma de Kőrös and János Bolyai in UNESCO's Memory of the World Register,
organized on the occasion of the recent inclusion in UNESCO's Memory of the World Register of two of the Library's treasures, Alexander Csoma de Kőrös's (1784?–1842) literary and scholarly bequest and János Bolyai's (1802–1860) authorial copy of his Appendix.
The exhibition will be opened by Prof. Gyula Wojtilla, DSc and Tibor Ács, DSc
A welcome speech will be given by Prof. Gábor Náray-Szabó, full member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Director General of the Library
